2. There will be no direct links from any 27 Rentals rental community site to any other 27 Rentals rental community site. Each site is designed to remain wholly exclusive to the community it serves.
3. The number of villas advertised on each site will be limited. This gives customers a good selection of villas while giving owners the best chance of securing more bookings.
4. All of the sites are also showcased on our multi-language pan-European site www.FloridaRentalVillas.eu, which serves the 500 million customers in 27 countries that make up one of the largest groups of guests to travel to Florida. Advertising on this site is now included in the basic cost of advertising on an individual community site.
What we offer you
Each site offers owners a 8-picture slideshow, with no limits on the size of the advert, as well as automatic links to your website, guestbook, virtual tour and availability calendar. In addition to this, each site has an 'All Villa Enquiry' option, where a potential guest can send their requirements to all the owners on the site with one click of a button.
These are not managed sites, where you have to hand over control of your bookings and pay a commission on every booking taken. The sites are designed to put the customer directly in touch with the individual villa owner - all of this for a low annual fee.
