27 Rentals - Villa Advertising Terms and Conditions
STANDARD TERMS:
~All personal details supplied are for our advertising records only and will not be published on any of our websites, nor will they be passed onto any other third party, including any guests.
~
We may independently check your villa, via your Management Company website (to ensure that it is on the rental community you have chosen to advertise on) before your advertisement will be published on our website
~The photographs required need to be a minimum of 250 x 200, landscape (not portrait) and ideally JPEG or GIF. If your photo is in any other format, we should be able to convert this to the required format for you. One of these photos must be just a front view of the villa (no multi-pictures allowed). This villa view will be used as the main photo for your advert and picture slideshow
~By submitting your advert, you agree to 27 Rentals advertising your villa on your chosen site. If any of the photographs supplied with your advert are unsuitable or unusable in any way, or you have not supplied the full 8 pictures required for your advert slideshow, you also agree to us using photographs taken directly from your website
~We do not accept adverts from websites that advertise multiple villas unless all villas are advertised on our sites. If we do not provide an individual community site, advertising will be provided by Florida Rental Villas.
~As the villa owner, you agree to take all responsibility for the contents of the advert submitted. 27 Rentals, its officers or successor companies take no responsibility for any inaccuracies or omissions made, nor for any complaints or legal action that may result from these. It is the responsibility of the villa owner to supply the correct information, to check the advert for validation purposes upon publishing and to promptly advise of any and all changes that may be required, as and when they occur.
~Any enquiries received are done so on the basis that they are for the advertised villa(s) only. Onward submitting of these enquires to other villa owners / advertising companies / management companies, will result in your advert being withdrawn from any / all sites with no full or partial refund being paid
~Any enquiries received will be forwarded to the contact e-mail address supplied by yourselves in the form below. Please note, we accept no responsibility, nor will we supply any partial or full refund, if these details supplied are incorrect.
~By advertising with 27 Rentals, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and to any amendment to the same that may be in force from time to time
~We will only consider requests for full and/or partial refunds of advertising costs if we have breached the terms of the advertising. Refunds will not normally be issued if you choose to withdraw your villa(s) from our site(s) for any reason
